Terms and Conditions:

Insurance: Certificate of insurance must be on file with ProDigital Inc. before the job or equipment rental commences. “ProDigital Inc.” must be named as Primary Additional Insured. Coverage must be at least $100,000.00 for property & equipment and $1,000,000.00 for liability. Insurance should be transmitted via email or fax to (323) 930–0979.

Liability: ProDigital assumes no responsibility whatsoever, and is not liable in any way for any real or perceived loss to “client”, including but not limited to the following human error, equipment failure or malfunctions, data loss, data corruption, force of nature, delays or cancellations of any kind.

Turnaround times: Normal service is 24 hours. ProDigital LightBox will be posted by 10am the next morning. Hard drives and DVD's will be ready for delivery by 5 p.m. the next day. After hour file processing will be billed $75.00 an hour. RUSH service available.

Rental Period: Rental fees are based on a 24 hour period from time of pick up. Keep rental for 7 consecutive days and pay for 4 days.

Media: In the event “client” provides media for job delivery (i.e., hard drive, laptop, iPod), “client” assumes all responsibility for data and media integrity.

Files: Although ProDigital archives RAW files for a period of one year. Digital strongly suggests that you back-up and keep at least 2 copies all your files.

Digital Equipment: Due to the high cost of digital camera equipment ProDigital Inc., does not include a back up camera as part of our capture packages. The client is advised to take this under consideration in the planning stage of the job, especially if the job involves travel far from ProDigital's Los Angeles offices.
